PIP Review Form Help (AR1)
£49.00
Your PIP award is being reviewed, and the form decides whether you keep it. Tell us how things are now and we write what to tick and what to put on every line, so your award is judged on how things actually are, not on how well you’ve learned to cope.

Description
A review form looks simpler than the first one. That’s the problem.
Every activity on the review form starts with the same question: “Can you manage this safely and without any difficulty?” Tick Yes and the form skips that activity completely. You get nothing for it.
People who have managed for years tick Yes. The shower seat, the grab rails, the dosette box, the wife who cuts their food up: it’s all been there so long it doesn’t feel like difficulty any more. It still counts. But nobody told them, and that’s how an award held since 2019 quietly disappears.
What you get
You fill in a short form telling us how things are now and what’s changed since your last award. It takes about fifteen minutes, and you can save it and come back.
We send you a document that goes through the review form question by question, using the form’s own numbers. For each line: what to tick, and the words to write next to it, in your own voice. Each answer says what you use or who helps you, and how often, because that’s what the points depend on.
Where something has got worse, the answers say when and why. Where nothing has changed, they say that plainly, because on a review the DWP reads silence as improvement.
The walking question
The review form asks how far you can walk “on a regular and repeated basis”, and unlike your first form there’s no “it varies” box. Most people tick their good day. We tell you which distance to tick and why, so the mobility part of your award is protected.
What else is in it
Your current award, so you can see what each activity is defending. Your conditions, medication and treatments set out ready to copy. A checklist before you post it. And a list of what’s worth sending with it, specific to you.
£49, and you can ask for changes. If something doesn’t sound like you, or you remember something afterwards, reply to the email and we’ll update it.
