We guarantee the quality of our work, not the decision. Outcomes are decided by the DWP, Social Security Scotland or a tribunal, so no honest service can promise a win.

What we guarantee
1) Your money back, before you submit
The guarantee covers everything we write for you:
- letters and tribunal submissions for PIP, WCA (Universal Credit and ESA), Attendance Allowance and ADP,
- form answers for the PIP2, AR1, WCA50 and AA1, and
- the Letter to Your GP add-on.
Just tell us before you submit or use it.
2) Free, unlimited revisions
Want something changed instead? Revisions are free, with no set limit. Ask whenever you remember something, get new evidence, or spot something we got wrong.
A revision is always your choice. You can ask for a refund without trying one first.
How to claim (three simple steps)
Tell us before you submit it
Email support@pipappeal.org.uk with your order reference and say you’d like a refund. If you’re happy to tell us why, it helps us improve, but you don’t have to.
We confirm it
We reply to confirm your refund. If you’d rather have a revision instead, we’ll do that.
Your money goes back
The full fee is refunded to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
What is (and isn’t) covered
Covered
- You’re not proud to submit it, for whatever reason.
- We got a fact wrong, or missed evidence you uploaded.
- It doesn’t sound like you, or doesn’t say what you need it to.
- We can’t finish the work because of a problem on our side.
Not covered
Refunds are not available when:
- The decision doesn’t go your way (a refused claim, reconsideration or appeal, or a lower award than you hoped).
- You have already submitted or used the letter or form answers.
- A guide has been downloaded and works as described. Guides are covered if they’re faulty.
- Delivery takes longer than the target time but we still deliver (except the 24-hour delivery add-on, below).
- You miss your own deadline for sending a form, request or appeal.
- We have cancelled an order because of misuse.
Turnaround times
Counted from when we have everything we need: letters within about 48 hours, form answers within 24 hours, free previews within 3 hours, and guides straight after purchase. These are targets, not guarantees, and a delay alone isn’t grounds for a refund if we still deliver.
The 24-hour delivery add-on is guaranteed. If we miss the 24 hours for a reason on our side, we refund the £19 add-on fee.

Letters and form answers are a personalised service, so at checkout you can ask us to start straight away.
