contains factual errors (e.g., incorrect dates, medication names you supplied, wrong condition summary), or
fails to reflect relevant evidence you uploaded (and it was readable and clearly attributable to you),
we will correct it through our revision process.

How the guarantee works (simple 3-step process)
Step 1 — Tell us what’s wrong (within 14 days)
Email support@pipappeal.org.uk with:
your order reference,
the section(s) you want changed, and
what’s inaccurate/missing (and which uploaded evidence it relates to).
Step 2 — We revise (Revision 1)
We update the draft and return it to you.
Step 3 — Final revision or refund decision (Revision 2 → then refund if warranted)
If, after two revisions, we still cannot correct a genuine quality issue caused by us, we will issue a full refund of the £49 service fee.

What is (and isn’t) covered
Covered (examples)
We misstated a key fact you provided.
We missed a document you uploaded (and it was readable and relevant).
The letter contains clear internal contradictions created by us.
The draft is materially incomplete due to our error.
Not covered (to prevent abuse)
Refunds are not available for:
Unsuccessful outcomes (MR/appeal refused, award lower than expected, etc.).
Delays alone (48 hours is a target, not a guarantee) where we still deliver.
Requests based on new information/evidence you did not provide at the time of drafting (we can revise, but that’s not a “fault”).
Missing deadlines or urgency issues where you did not tell us in time (you remain responsible for submission deadlines).
Dissatisfaction that is purely subjective (e.g., “I don’t like the tone”) once we’ve offered the included revisions.
Cases where you provided inaccurate, incomplete, unreadable, or misleading information, or key evidence was not supplied.
Situations where you submit/use the letter, then later request a refund.

Turnaround time (48 hours)
We aim to deliver your letter within around 48 hours after receiving all required information and evidence.
48 hours is a target, not a guarantee, and no refund is due solely because delivery took longer if we still complete the service.

Cancellation (change of mind)
Because this is a personalised service, you can request that we start work immediately at checkout.
Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin drafting, you receive a full refund.
After work starts: if you cancel after we’ve started, you may be charged a proportionate amount for work completed up to cancellation (and we refund any remaining amount where applicable).
After delivery: once your letter is delivered, refunds are only available under the Quality Guarantee above.
