PIP Claim Form Help (PIP2)
£49.00
We read what you tell us about your conditions and write the exact answers to copy onto your PIP2 form, with the reason behind each one. The form is scored against rules nobody explains, and this is us making sure your answers meet them.

Description
The PIP2 form is not really asking what it seems to be asking.
It looks like it wants a description of your conditions. What it is actually doing is scoring you against twelve activities and a set of rules that are never printed on the form. The most common way people lose points is by answering honestly about a good day, because nobody told them the law asks about most days.
What you get
You fill in a short form telling us about your conditions and how you manage. It takes about ten minutes, and you can save it and come back.
We send you a document with the words to write in every box, in the same order as the form. Each answer is written in your own voice, ready to copy, and underneath it we explain why it’s worded that way, so you understand your own case rather than just copying it.
Where a question genuinely doesn’t affect you, we tell you to tick No and why. An answer that doesn’t hold up makes an assessor look harder at the ones that do.
What else is in it
Your deadline, worked out from the date on your form. Your conditions, medication and treatments set out ready to copy into the tables. A checklist for before you post it. And a list of what’s worth sending as evidence, specific to you rather than a general list.
If you send us your prescription list or any letters from your doctors, we read them. They often show something worth putting on the form that people forget to mention.
£49, and you can ask for changes. If something doesn’t sound like you, or you remember something afterwards, reply to the email and we’ll update it.
