What happens at a PIP review.
A review checks whether your award is still right. It can stay the same, go up, go down or stop.
If you don’t send the form back, your PIP can be stopped. See PIP reviews on GOV.UK.

Writing ‘no change’
Even if nothing has changed, explain your needs again. The decision maker may not have your old form in front of them.
Only describing good days
Describe a typical week, including bad days and how often they happen.
Leaving out new help
If someone now prompts, reminds or helps you, say who, what and how often.
Missing the deadline
If you need more time, ask the DWP before the deadline. If it isn’t returned, PIP can stop.
